By accessing and using Nexus, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
Use License
Subject to the terms of this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the Nexus platform for your internal business purposes
- Store and manage your customer data on our platform
- Integrate our services with third-party applications
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- The accuracy and legality of data you upload
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We accept major credit cards and offer invoicing for annual plans. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or non-payment.
Limitation of Liability
Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
